Who we are
AES RoofTech restores and waterproofs residential and commercial roofs across Bermuda. We repair cracks, prepare every surface properly, and apply professional-grade sealants and elastomeric coatings to leave a fully watertight finish. That stops leaks, extends the life of the roof, and avoids the far greater cost of replacing it.
We have installed more than 400 solar systems in Bermuda, so we are on roofs every week. Waterproofing and leak prevention is daily work for us, because every installation opens a roof.
Why it matters
Salt air, humidity, strong sun and storms wear roof surfaces down and open cracks in concrete and masonry. Sealing a crack early costs far less than repairing the water damage once it gets in.

We use potable-water-approved product only, because in Bermuda the roof is the water supply.
Commercial
We build the solution around the building, the owner's needs and the owner's plans for it. We inspect first, then work with you on the coating or membrane that fits, alongside your architects, engineers and contractors where there are any.
An owner with an ageing metal roof might want TPO, but in five years rather than now. We coat the roof now to keep it watertight, and the TPO decision is made when the time is right.
When it is time for a membrane, we build TPO roofs in-house with GAF's EverGuard system. The white membrane stays highly reflective as it ages, and the Extreme grade is NSF P151 certified for rainwater catchment. We repair and maintain existing TPO as well.

Yes. Every commercial roof is different, so we inspect first and build the solution around the building and your plans for it, whether that is a coating now or a TPO roof. We build TPO roofs in-house with GAF's EverGuard system, and repair and maintain existing TPO.
